International Rider for ViVA Trio

TRAVEL, HOTEL, DRESSING ROOMS

PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST'S REPRESENTATIVE with detailed directions to the
place of performance. Depending on the agreement, the PURCHASER shall provide, at his sole cost and expense, the transportation including the air (from Toronto International Airport YYZ),  GROUND TRANSPORTATION for ARTIST'S (3 people) between airport, hotel, concert, venue, and return to airport upon departure.

PURCHASER is providing HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, a minimum of a single room with 3 separate beds.
The stay in the hotel should be at least for 3 days, including the arrival the day before the performance, the day of the performance and the day after the performance with the ARTIST to comply with checkout times and hotel rules.

PURCHASER shall provide one comfortable and private DRESSING ROOM. This room must be clean, dry, well-lit, heated or air-conditioned, shall contain at least 4 chairs, 1 large mirror and 2 or more working electrical outlets and shall be within easy access to clean and private lavatories which are supplied with soap, toilet tissue and plenty of clean towels (minimum 3). A professional steamer (preferred) {or iron with ironing board} is required in band dressing room.

PURCHASER shall guarantee adequate SECURITY at all times to insure the safety of the ARTIST'S personal instruments and personal property. During sound-check, performance, and after show, PURCHASER will have security backstage, on-stage. PURCHASER is held responsible for the personal belongings of the ARTIST.

HOSPITALITY: PURCHASER shall provide refreshments in quantities sufficient for 3 persons, available from bands arrival until departure.

ARTIST Dressing Room (or Green Room):

 

Coffee

Herbal tea

6 bottles of water

Fresh fruits/vegetables
Fresh milk, cream, sugar, lemon, and honey should be provided


PURCHASER shall also provide the $100 CDN per diem to each member of the group or meals during the stay.

 


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Purchaser shall provide the following band equipment at his sole expense and at no cost to the ARTIST:

 

1. 3 cordless, wireless microphones - Sennheiser EW 300/G3 with E945, or a substitution of a better quality. This should be confirmed with Katya Tchoubar no later than 7 days prior to the performance.

2. Min of 3 monitors: 1 stage centre, 1 stage left, 1 stage right (more depending on the size of the stage). 

3. The purchaser will provide a high quality system, multi-way active, this system must produce 100 DB A at average level at the mix position. It will have a flat response from 20Hz to 20KHz

P.A. SYSTEM - MEYER MSL 4, CLAIR BROTHERS.
Example: 1-500 people - 6000W 500-800 people – 10.000W 1000 people - 2000 people 15.000W Sound system with the clean even coverage of the entire audience area that has the capability of .

 

4. The ability to play a backtrack from USB (if ViVA is using backtracks as an accompaniment).

5. Professional lighting and the lighting engineer for the stage. Lighting plot and cue sheet will be provided by the ARTIST after the confirmation of the program.

6. A professional sound engineer at the professional quality sound mixer with reverb and delay effects.

7. A full sound check (not a line check) before the show.

 

PAYMENT:

Purchaser will pay 50% non-refundable deposit on the date of booking to secure the date and the other 50% of the fee on a day of the performance before the show.
